Janie

My name is Janie. I was rescued back in November from an animal hoarder. It was just in time because soon after Stray Rescue picked me up I had 7 puppies! The nice lady that took care of me and my puppies says I'm the best momma she'd ever seen. I'm now in my own foster home where I'm learning the world isn't such a scary place. I'm afraid of the crate, but my foster mom isn't worried because I don't need it. I've never had an accident in the house and I haven't been destructive at all, even when she's at work. My foster mom says I was super shy when I came to live with her, but I'm getting a bit braver every day. I get along with adults, kids, dogs and cats. I walk well on a leash and I'm enjoying my walks in the park. Now that my foster mom has found my weakness (chicken!), I think I'll be learning some commands, too. Whoever adopts me will need to be patient and give me time to adjust to the world, but the love and loyalty I'll give back will be well worth it.
