If you squint your eyes very hard, the white spot on Shamrock's chest really does look like a four leaf clover. Shamrock's rescue day was a very lucky day for her and her six puppies when they were all found in an abandoned garage.
At the age of three, Shamrock is ready to settle into being a pet and not a mom. She has a striking black coat, a very appealing face, and the cutest pair of ears. Shamrock has many human fans at Stray Rescue who all call her a wonderful dog. She loves her walks and does beautifully on a leash. Recently Shamrock got to go on a five mile hike with her shelter friends. She found a whole new career for herself tracking those things that she could smell, but that no one else could see. Although this was her first time on the trail, she did not react to the other dogs or hikers.
