Chuckles was part of a pack of dogs we had been feeding near a MetroLink station. He was one of the more friendlier dogs and would actually come up to us for petting. We noticed he was having trouble moving his jaw to eat or drink, which is probably why he was so skinny. With very little coaxing he hopped right into our car. He was checked out by our vet and it was determined he had a bad infection in his jaw. After being put on some strong antibiotics he is doing much better. He's eating well and putting on some much needed weight in his foster home. He is great with other dogs and just wants to play with everyone however he needs to be in a cat free home. He sleeps all night long in his crate without a complaint and is housebroken. He has already been neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated. He walks like a gentlemen on his leash. He is very affectionate and doesn't like to get up on the furniture at all! He would rather lay on the floor beside you and lift his head up every once in awhile to be petted. He really is an amazing dog and you can tell from his scars he has been through a lot. Whoever adopts Chuckles will be very lucky!
