| Felipe was part of a large pack of dogs rescued from Cahokia, Illinois. He has been in foster home now for a month and is slowly adjusting to the routine. Felipe loves other dogs and will need to be in a home where he will have canine companions. He is attracted to children and will seek out their attention. Felipe is trying hard to trust adults. He prefers female humans to males, but he has never been aggressive to anyone human or canine. Some days he will let adults near and other days he will not. He truly wants to trust, but something from his past is preventing it. Felipe is housebroken and kennel trained and comes when called. He is still very afraid of being on a leash or having one put on him, and he will need a fenced yard to play in. He would do great in a forever home with someone who is willing to let him take it slow and learn to trust them. | |||
