	Age:	Puppy (10 Months)
	Size:	40 lbs.
	Fergie is showing her personality slowly but surely. She is very sweet and gentle. She approaches her fosters for petting or loving and is getting less cautious. She is sometimes even coming up for attention without being called. She is working on house training and she is starting to get the idea that they prefer her to potty outside but she still has an occasional accident in the house. She is getting along well with the other dogs in her foster home but is not playing with them yet. She seems to be a laid-back, low key dog but since she is still young her energy may change once she starts feeling better. She is coming out of her shell more and more every day. Fergie was at another area shelter but needed medical attention so Stray Rescue offered to take her. She appears to have had a litter of puppies not too terribly long ago and since she is only about 10 months old she was a very young mother. Now she is spayed, micro chipped and vaccinated. She is currently being treated for an infection on the skin of her chest and neck. This is non-contagious and will clear up completely with medication now that she is in a home with good food and nice places to sleep. Stray Rescue will cover her treatment till she is completely healthy so go ahead and fill out an application so you can meet Fergie.
