Homeless dogs are in grave danger when temperatures consistently reach upper '90's and triple digits - and the 10 day forecast shows just that with no end in sight. These are extreme conditions, and so many of these poor souls are stranded out in the elements and die.
We won't be able to save them all, but with your help we can make sure we get as many as possible off of the street and out of harm's way. The shelter is full, so we need emergency fosters during this heat wave to ensure space for those in critical condition. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 314.771.6121 (ext: 265) to foster.
For each shelter dog that leaves for a foster home, even if it's only temporarily, I will be able to rescue one from the streets. This is when I need you the most. Please help me save a life today.
Severe heat also means an increase in emergency medical costs. If you're able, please donate to the Stracks Fund by clicking the icon below.
Love and Woof,
