Samson is a big hunk of a guy, approximately 2 years old as of 5/15/08. "Gentler Gentle Ben" would have been a good name for him. He is sooooooooo shy and cowers behind book cases, couches, whatever he can find. He lets you drag him out with no problem and will sit on your lap very quietly until you release him and then he is off again. He is not the tiniest bit aggressive; just totally scared. Samson needs a home where he can get lots of attention. Apparently he has had a rough life until now and needs someone willing to spend the time with him to convince him that it is OK to trust people. Anyone who can do that will have an adoring companion for life. |
