Stray Rescue Counts on Giving Tuesday
All donations are MATCHED on Tuesday, November 27th
Giving Tuesday is a national holiday set aside to remind everyone to support your local charities. Without your donations and support, nonprofits who do such important work in our community will not exist. Stray Rescue counts on this day to help us make it through the grueling winter season ahead. Every dog and cat on the streets becomes an even bigger priority as dangerously low temperatures threaten their lives every single day. Plummeting temperatures, snow, and ice can quickly become fatal for abandoned companion animals.
We ask you to join in and support us on Giving Tuesday, November 27th, this year. We'll be rescuing lots of freezing cold, innocent souls off the streets who will need emergency care, medications, and supplies. We must be there for them.
And this year, a very special group of donors is offering a matching grant, for up to $100,000, for Giving Tuesday ONLY! Our medical costs are well over 2 million dollars every single year, so this day is absolutely a necessity. This match is made possible by The Samuel and Justina Halley Foundation, The Richard Baker Foundation, and others who wish to remain anonymous.
You can make an immediate, direct impact by donation to the Stracks Fund today to help with emergency medical care for those we are able to rescue. Thank you for your generosity, and of course for taking the time to remember those who are cold, hungry, and in desperate need of help. We couldn't do it without you. And remember, every bit counts!
