2026 Mobile Spay/Neuter Sponsorship Events
We are so excited to announce that in 2026, we will host not one, but TWO mobile spay/neuter events every month! Every other event will take place at our shelter, and the other will be out in the community. We’ll be able to double the amount of owned animals we are spaying/neutering (25 per event), thanks to our generous sponsors.

For the events not held at the shelter, the sponsor can request the location of where the event will be held. The mutually agreed upon location must: Be no further than one hour away from our shelter (Our address is 2320 Pine Street, 63103)

It is the sponsor’s responsibility to ensure that we have permission to park the bus, and we have access to facilities

Based on the needs of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse a proposed location, but can work with you to secure another if needed

The sponsorship of $2,500.00 must be fulfilled no later than one month prior to the sponsored event

Not required, but sometimes our sponsors enjoy sending or bringing lunch to the staff working that day. There are typically 5 staff members working on the buss during events. This is separate from the sponsorship and completely up to you! (But very much appreciated, of course!)

Typically, the event will be promoted on Stray Rescue of St. Louis’ Facebook and Instagram pages for sign-up the week of the event. You are also more than welcome to add to your Nextdoor pages and promote as well.
