Little dog found in ditch needs help
A Good Samaritan truck driver named Odell somehow spotted a little brown and white puppy quivering in a ditch on the side of a road. He wasn’t able to stop but made sure to call us immediately. We went to check out the scene and found this little ANGEL! We couldn’t tell at first, but sadly our clinic informed us that she has some significant injuries. X-rays indicate a dislocated hip and broken foot. Say a prayer for this little one we are naming Odella (in honor of the man who called about her and saved her life). Sometimes hit-by-car injuries can be much worse than they initially appear. She’s only about 6 months old and needs all the help we can give her.

From Dr. Morgan on Odella! This is pretty incredible. She popped her hip back in place and now has it bandaged up with a splint. We’re doing everything we can so this sweet little baby can keep her leg! She has a dislocated hip and a broken foot. She is in good spirits and overall just so grateful to be warm and safe. To picture her quivering in that ditch all by herself and hurting breaks our heart. We are so grateful to the truck driver who somehow spotted her and saved her life. Her healing journey begins today, thank you to everyone who supports us!
