National Geographic came to town to shoot their new movie due out this summer- “And Man Created Dog”.

Nina and Gina, spotted over two months ago with failed rescue attempts we thought they died.

Only Wednesday and nearly 25 dogs and puppies are safe, warm and onto happier days. This is why I love Stray Rescue. Three days, many rescues and now the real work begins. Let’s back up to Monday.

It was cold and raining and as darkness fell we thought our rescuing for the day ended as well. That wasn't the case.

I normally write stories but this time I think the best way to tell what we have been going through with the freezing temps is with pictures and less words. We need the community right now, we need foster homes, we need donations for medical care , we need adoptions, we need your love and support!

This sweet and injured boy is Sanders. He was roaming around in N. City for several weeks in the cold. Every time he was spotted, he eluded being rescued not knowing if to trust man or not. Each time he appeared he was dirtier, matted and weaker and about to give up.
