Introducing Schubert! This little guy quickly became a Stray Rescue family favorite due to his petite size & lovable demeanor! At less than 30 pounds, Schubert is lovingly referred to as a “pocket pittie”.
Although he’s full-grown, he still has some “puppy” behaviors. He is crate trained, but still needs a little more help and consistency with house training. He is learning new basic commands like “sit”, “down” & “drop it” and is SO proud to make his human happy. He is a medium energy dog with bursts of energy. He LOVES snuggles, sweaters and to be covered up for naps. He is VERY food motivated. He does well with other dogs and older children. It would be best for him to be in a stable & loving home without any younger kids.
He has had a bit of a rough start and shows appreciation for his new life with lots of love and kisses! Please let us know if you want to be this sweet boy’s new FOREVER!
PLEASE NOTE THAT SCHUBERT IS IN A FOSTER HOME, NOT AT OUR SHELTER.
