Adding a dog to your family is a lot of fun, but it can be a lot of work and sometimes even challenging. We are here to help you! We offer one-on-one private lessons, 6-week group classes (seasonally), free puppy socialization classes, and free pack walks! Learn more below.

Private Sessions - sign up now!

Private sessions are available to help you and your dog reconnect or help them with behavioral issues or reactivity - 3 sessions for $150 donation on mutually agreed upon dates here at our shelter (2320 Pine Street). If your dog is reactive to other dogs, sign up for this option, NOT the group classes!! Reactive dogs in a group setting is stressful for them, the other dogs, and all handlers.

6 Week Training Sessions - classes are full! Check back soon for spring session registration.

Space is limited so sign up today! Classes are kept to 4 dogs per class so everyone will get a lot of personalized time. Dogs who are reactive to other dogs should NOT sign up for group classes. Instead, please sign up for private lessons here so everyone has a good experience and receive more out of the alotted time. Group Sessions are intended to help you and your dog reconnect, bond, and learn basic obedience such as commands, leash walking, and more. Reactive dogs in a group setting are stressed and stress out others, leaving everyone with a poor experience.

Puppy Socialization Classes - Saturdays & Sundays at 10:30am

We are excited to announce FREE PUPPY SOCIALIZATION CLASSES SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS at 10:30 am!*

*There is no time or monetary committment for puppy socialization classes. They are Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 am, just email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you plan to join us, as there is limited space.

In order to participate, puppies should be at least 10 weeks old and no older than 6 months old. You'll need proof that they are up to date on vaccines and have had at least three rounds of boosters. 

 

Pack Walks - Saturdays & Sundays at Noon

We offer pack walks if you would like to socialize your dog and walk with other pups! Our trainers walk with the group and are there to help with introductions! Meet out front of our shelter at 9am on Saturdays and Sundays. You do not need to RSVP, just show up! Don't be late, the group walks different routes each time and please take direction of our trainers. 2320 Pine Street.
