Sweet Peace Yoga invites you to a unique class on the Event Lawn at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. Imagine perfecting your downward dog while playful puppies frolic about, turning your practice into a joyful experience. Puppies offer the perfect balance to help you stay present and experience the youthful and innocent lives of puppies. This is our 6th year of hosting YOGA + PUPPIES with 100% of the proceeds going to Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
We hope you will join us! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, our YOGA + PUPPIES class provides the ultimate way to relax, improve your poses, and maybe even master the “puppy” pose.
The class will begin at 9:00 a.m. The puppies will be available to visit with from 8:30am – 10:30am.
Tickets are a sliding scale donation $20 – $80 with all proceeds benefitting Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
